Where components are getting smaller and smaller, power density is also continuously increasing. Because of this, the thermal conductivity of casting systems has to increase. Many casting resins have thermal conductivity of up to 0.8 W/ m•K. Too little to fulfill the increased requirements to a sufficient degree. We have been working intensively on the development and improvement of thermally conductive systems – and have developed our range as kit systems.

This way the existing qualities – such as good flowability, temperature resistance, chemical resistance, and temperature change behavior – could be extended by the thermal conductivity feature. Not only were we able to develop thermally conductive products on the basis of polyurethane, epoxy resin, and silocone – we were also able to furnish our tried-and-tested structural adhesives with thermal conductivity.
